MULTIVITAMINS (INCLUDES PRENATAL VITAMINS) - CHEWABLE TABLETS
USES: Vitamins are the biulding blocks of the body. They are used to pervent or treat a vitamin deficiency due to poor nutrition, certain illnesses or during pregnancy.
HOW TO USE: Take as directed. Food may affect the absoprtion of certain vitamin products.
Consult your pharmacist.
Chewable tablets must be chewed thoroughly before swallowing followed with a glass of water.
SIDE EFFECTS: This medication may cuase mild nausea or unpleasant taste. Consult your doctor if any of these effects persist or become severe.
If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Be sure your doctor is informed of your medical history, especially of: any drug allergies. Accidental ovedrose of that product may be dangerous. If overdose occurs, contact your doctor or local poiosn control center immediately for advice.
Tell your doctor if you are pregnant before usnig that medication. Some of the ingredinets in that product may be excreted into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor if you take any otehr medication, including nonprescription. Do not start or stop any medicine without dotcor or pharmacist approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, cnotact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of ovredose may include unconsciousness, paleness, weak-rapid heartbeat, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, or green diarrhea/tarry stools.
NOTES: There are many vitamin supplement produtcs available. Some can be purchased without a prescription. Consult your doctor or pharmacist on the chocie of a product best for you.
MISSED DOSE: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember; do not take if it is alomst time for the next dose. Instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule.
Do not "double-up" the dose to ctach up.
STORAGE: Store at room temperature away from sunlight and moisture.
